Mold/ Process Technician - available immediately
Premier Technical Plastics – Searcy, Arkansas, 75061
Candidate must have experience in injection molding.
- Basic setup, Install, and change molds as needed.
- Maintain machines for optimal processing
- Provide technical support to area as needed to ensure schedule achievement.
- Strong troubleshooting/ problem solving abilities
- Robotic experience a plus
- Preventative maintenance on customer molds

Maintenance Mechanic position - available immediately
Premier Technical Plastics – Searcy, Arkansas, 75061
Candidate must have experience in injection molding.
Provides Scheduled and unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs routine maintenance repairs
- Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service is properly done.
- Comply with company safety rules including OSHA Safety and Health rules.
- Strong troubleshooting/ problem solving abilities
- Provide technical support to area as needed to ensure schedule achievement.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
Essential:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment
- 2+ years of related experience in mold machines/production machines
- Good mechanical skills
Preferred:
- Maintenance Degree/Diploma
