22nd Annual AmCon Design & Contract Engineering Expo
September 13-14, 2011
It is our pleasure to announce that Premier Technical Plastics recently exhibited at the 22nd Annual AmCon Design & Contract Engineering Expo held in Plano, Texas. The AmCon Expo is a manufacturing trade show that introduces a wide variety of manufacturers with prospective suppliers, and provides face-to-face interaction in establishing business relationships based on needs and services.
Participation at AmCon allowed PTP to efficiently present our offerings and capabilities to potential customers with a “hands-on” approach for discussions, centered around actual samples of products we produce, and the ability to ask questions on the spot related to current needs and future projects.
Overall, the show was a great success and we appreciate the many opportunities presented by those who visited with us in Plano. PTP plans to participate in more trade shows in the coming year and we look forward to visiting with you to discuss how Premier Technical Plastics can benefit your company.
NAFTA Trade Show 2011
Premier attends 2011 NAFTA Conference
On June 16, The International Business Accelerator (IBA) hosted the “2011 NAFTA Institute/Supplier Meet the Buyer Conference,” in Sunland Park, New Mexico.
Known as the largest international trade conference/business-to-business session on the U.S.-Mexico border, more than 700 people and 300 companies participated in the conference.
The event combined activities of the NAFTA Institute and the “Supplier Meet the Buyer” B2B sessions.
The B2B sessions provided an environment for companies to search for new business opportunities, by matching potential buyers/sellers with participants in private business-to-business sessions.
During the conference sessions, topical experts discussed the various aspects of conducting cross-border business, including: Union Pacific’s $400 million Santa Teresa project, trade and border security, the future of the maquiladora industry, and international trade resources.
Premier was matched with maquiladoras from a wide range of markets for a full day of B2B sessions, with additional contacts made outside of the B2B schedule.
